In particular, the murder of the mayor of Nefteugansk Petuhov and inter-relations between „YUKOS“ company and businessman Eugenie Ribin (let us remind, that Ribin appear in the Pichugin’s case as the injured party).
The records of the interrogation of the witness Popov in the case of murder of the mayor Petuhov dated

In the course of conversation at the bottle of vodka Prihodko told his friend that he killed the mayor of Nefteugansk describing in detail how he committed the crime. His words coincide with the description of the scene of Petuhov’s murder made by the investigators and witnesses for prosecution in the Pichugin’s case.

Khanti-Mansi Autonomous Area prosecution office considered the guilt of Prihodko proved. However, the proceedings did not take place because Prihodko was killed by unknown persons. Popov was also killed. One more document read in the court is related to Eugenie Ribin. It is a letter of „YUKOS“ employees to the prosecution office about the abuses in daughter companies EOC „Tomskneft“ and in the structures under control of Ribin. According to this letter these abuses took place before the acquisition of „YUKOS“ by Hodorkovsky. In result of them with the help of forged documents 20 million dollars were withdrawn from the turnover.
