    Kira GudimPublic prosecutor of the Moscow public prosecutors office, she presented the public prosecution together with Kamil Kashaev in the second and the third Alexey Pichugins trials.

    Kira Gudim demanded to admit Alexey Pichugin guilty in all accused charges and sentence him to life imprisonment in a colony of special regime.

    The visitors of the court sessions remembered especially well Kira Gudims expression in the course of her dialogue with Alexey Pichugins lawyer George Kaganer on June, 6, 2006:

    The lawyer says to the public prosecutor: «Kira Stanislavovna, let us be more precise in citing the files of the case. Still, the persons fate is decided». The public presecutor  to the lawyer: «It is already decided».

    On March, 28, 2005 in the Tagansky district court of Moscow the federal judge Vladimir Proshenko brought in a verdict of guilty the organizers of the exhibition «Mind out, religion!» Yuri Samodurov, the director of the museum and Public centre «World, progress, human rights» named after Andre Sakharov, and the museum employee Ludmila Veselovskaya on the p. 1, 2 of the Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation («Excitation of hatred or enmity, or humiliation of human dignity»). The judge imposed punishment to both defendants in the form of fine at the rate of 100000 rubles. Meanwhile, the public prosecutor Kira Gudim demanded real terms of punishment: three years of imprisonment to Yuri Samodurov and to Ludmila Veselovskaya and the painter Anna Mikhalchuk (who wasnt admitted guilty by the court)  two years.

    On December, 8, 2005 the Nikulinsky court of Moscow condemned 39 members of the National Bolshevist party, taken part in the occupation of the Russian presidents reception room in December, 2004. The members of the party were admitted guilty in participation in mass disorders. 31 of the accused got suspended sentences from 1,5 to 3 years with test period of 3 years. The rest 8 members got real terms of imprisonment in penitentiary of a standard regime from 1,5 to 3,5 years.
